This Grandparents Day, take some time to recognize the hardworking grandparents who are actively involved in shaping the lives of their grandchildren. Many grandparents play an important role and act as positive role models and influences.

For the 13th year, the Oklahoma Hall of Fame will be awarding the Oklahoma Hall of Fame Scholarship to one Oklahoma high school senior. The $6,000 scholarship, which is given to the winning student over a fouryear period, is based on the student’s leadership roles, civic/community involvement, academic achievement, and knowledge and pride of our great state.

We are both proud and excited to announce the appointment of Jenny Graves as the new President and CEO of the Altus Chamber of Commerce. As a native of southwest Oklahoma with a rich professional background in marketing, advertising, and public relations, Jenny brings a deep passion for our community.
