Pastor Boyd Whitehead and the members of the Emmanuel Baptist Church of Altus, 800 N. Forrest, invites you and your family to be their special guests at their annual Winter Bible Study, as they study Luke’s account of the Passion Week.
On Sunday evening, Feb. 10, they will begin their study at 5 p.m. Pastor Elmer Whitehead Jr. will be their guest Adult Teacher; Jesse and Emily Motley will be teaching the 7th - 12 grade; Brian and Melody Overfield will teach the 4th - 6th grade; Karen and Aldo Sanchez will be teaching the 1st - 3rd grade; and Bernie McDowell and the child care staff of Emmanuel will be teaching the pre-K/Kindergarten and birth through three years of age.
On Sunday evening, they will have a sandwich supper from 5:45 to 6:15 p.m. The study will be over at 7 p.m.
Monday through Wednesday they will meet in their groups from 7 to 8:30 p.m. On Wednesday, they will have a potluck supper at 6 p.m.
