Savannah Phillips was crowned Miss Altus Outstanding Teen at the 4th Annual pageant held Satuday at the Altus City Auditorium. The daughter of Keith and Shelley Phillips, Savannah is a 9th grader at Altus High School. She will now compete for Miss Oklahoma Outstanding Teen in June 2011. Her talent is clogging. Savannah won talent, Allie Ayers won interview, Brittany Atterbury won Physical Fitness, Mikayla Balderas won Congeniality, and Morgan Gover won photogenic by Shandas Shots. Other contestants were Hannah Henry, Laramie Petzold, Shyanne Tate, Katelynn Shumaker and Kendra Myers.
