Billy Hall of Altus was west bound on Tamarack Road Tuesday afternoon at approximately 3 p.m. when the front wheel of his scooter got caught between the asphalt and concrete while making a turn, causing an accident. According to reports, Hall was turning sharply into the parking lot of the Geiger Eye Care Center at 809 E. Tamarack Road when the accident occurred, causing Hall’s scooter to crash.
Hall was taken by Jackson County EMS to Jackson County Memorial Hospital with leg injuries.
