Matthew A. Cybulski, 40, of Altus, is currently at St. Anthony Hospital in Oklahoma City after an accident near Delhi Tuesday.

According to reports from the Oklahoma Highway Patrol, Cybulski was driving a 2005 Pontiac Coup on CR E1270, 3/10 of mile east of CR N1840 in Beckham County near the town of Delhi, when the accident occurred.

The report states that Cybulski’s ability was impaired by alcohol, and that he intentionally ran off the right side of the road, causing his vehicle to roll three times.

He was transported by Sinor to Sayre Hospital with head injuries, then transported by air-evac to St. Anthony Hospital in Oklahoma City where is listed in stable condition.

Seatbelts were equipped and in use, air bags were equipped but did not deploy.
