The next Extension C.A.F.E.’ (Catch A Fast Education) will be held at Jouett’s Java aka “Confectionately Yours” on
Tuesday, Aug. 28, from 10 to 11 a.m.
The topic is “Say Cheese and Smile!”Come learn all about the different types of cheese, creative ideas for cheese, as well as cheese nutrition, storage, cooking, and food safety. There will even be a “Dessert Personality Test”.
