Marple, the head wrestling coach at Midwest City, led the Bombers to the 2007 State Class 6A championship. Marple's team won the dual state championship in 2006 and he was also named coach of the year that seaon.
Marple has been the head coach at Midwest City for three years.
He was a state champion in 1995 at Altus High School when the Bulldogs won the team stae championship.
He was two-time All-American and national runner-up while wrestling at the University of Central Oklahoma.
