The Woodmen Life Fraternal Organization recently made a donation of a new American flag and Oklahoma flag to every Altus Public Schools campus. Leon Bailey of Woodmen said he and his wife had noticed the flags needed to be replaced and they presented the idea to their organization.

Mr. Bailey told the group of teachers and administrators accepting the flags, “We are really proud of education and education here in Altus. You are providing a quality education to kiddos here who truly need it.” He also asked the group to “Fly the flag high” at their school.
