CEO of Vans, Inc. sends shoes to Altus

Operation Care Ministries exceeded their budget and had to turn some children away at their shoe drive this year. The CEO of Vans, Inc. heard about it and took action. He personally contacted Operation Care Ministries to find out their needs. He then shipped 44 pairs of Vans to the organization. “This is so amazing that he reached out to us. I already know some kids who need shoes,” said Angela Ybarra, Executive Director of Operation Care. Pictured here with the shoes is Angela Ybarra, Sandy Hudson, Ginny Dean, and Courtney Wallace.
