Thursday, Jan. 3

Chance Moore, 26, possession of paraphernalia.

Saturday, Jan. 5

Thomas Paulk, 44, resisting an executive officer and public intoxication.

Daniel West, 45, domestic assault and battery, domestic assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, and kidnapping.

Sunday, Jan. 6

Chad Daniel, 37, violation of the Oklahoma Vehicle License and Registration Act and no valid driver’s license.

Eric Rodriguez, 27, failure to yield to an emergency vehicle and driving under the influence of alcohol.

Monday, Jan. 7

Alenjandro Euceda, 20, lewd or indecent proposals or acts to a child.

Tammy Ratcliff, 54, driving under the influence of other intoxicating substance.

Gilbert Wilkins, 28, domestic abuse in the presence of a minor.

Wednesday, Jan. 9

Houston Merritt, 28, possession of a controlled substance.

Jose Nuncio, 27, petit larceny.

Larry Tennon, 56, possession of a controlled dangerous substance.

Initial Appearances

Gerald Ishman, 37 of Lawton, is charged with assault with a dangerous weapon. A court date is scheduled for Ishman on Feb. 22 at 1:15 p.m. A $50,000 bond has been set for Ishman.

Eric Perez, 40 of Altus, is charged with cruelty to animals. A court date is scheduled for Perez on Jan. 16 at 9:30 a.m. A $15,000 bond has been set for Perez.

Defendants incarcerated at the Jackson County Jail in district court made initial appearances before Judge Brad Leverett and District Attorney David Thomas.
