Altus police are investigating an overnight shooting that has left one woman injured. Police responded to 903 East Liveoak shortly after 10 p.m. on Monday night to do a welfare check on a male subject threatening to hurt himself. Computer-based operations limited after hard drives crash
The Jackson County Clerk’s Office had two computer hard drives crash over the weekend, inhibiting most computer-based administrative operations. District Attorney John Wampler announced today the sale of several forfeited vehicles and motorcycles at a public auction to be conducted online beginning Sunday, March 31, and concluding on Wednesday, April 10. The Oklahoma Blood Institute is planning two local blood drives for this coming week.
