Main Street Altus recently visited with three new downtown businesses to welcome them to our Main Street District. Each business received a welcome packet and broom. The welcome packet includes information about the downtown yearly events; Main Street Altus membership brochure; and an informational sheet that list the benefits offered to a business in the Main Street District. Shannon Preston, President and Economic Restructuring Chair for Main Street Altus, presented a broom that represents the hard work that goes into starting a business and the dedication Main Street Altus has to keeping our downtown looking clean.
The Market Place, Abby Lane and Rustic Rose all participate in the regularly held First Thursday Night Out set for Thursday, April 5, from 5 to 8 p.m. Main Street Altus invites everyone to stop downtown on First Thursday Night Out and celebrate Main Street Altus’ 20th Anniversary as well to welcome our new downtown businesses.
