The SWOK Repblican Women will meet on April 24 at the Best Western. Dinner will be served at 6 p.m. ($5 each) and the meeting will begin at 6:30 p.m. The program will be “Oklahoma Values Make Great Policy”. Speakers will be Oklahoma Council of Public Affairs (OCPA) President Michael Carnuccio and OCPA Executive Vice President Brian Bush. Previously, Michael Carnuccio served as senior advisor for Oklahomans for Responsible Government, director of public affairs for the Oklahoma House of Representatives, and director of public affairs for Saxum Strategic Communications (now Saxum PR). Most recently, Brian Bush served as Executive Director of the Academy of Leadership & Liberty at Oklahoma Christian University (OC) while simultaneously serving as Director of Government Relations for OC. His career includes public service as an Assistant District Attorney in Oklahoma County and private higher education experience as Assistant Dean of Students at Harding University in Searcy, AR.
