On Tuesday, Sept. 25, at approximately 4:30 p.m., Altus Police responded to 315 W. Liveoak on a disturbance call. After arriving, police discovered one of the subjects involved in an altercation had been cut on the arm.

The 31-year-old victim suffered a laceration on the right arm during this physical altercation with 35-year-old Adam Davila of 315 W. Liveoak.

According to Altus Police Chief Tim Murphy, this altercation was apparently the result of a family dispute.

Chief Murphy said, “Wilson was transported to Jackson County Memorial Hospital by Emergency Medical Services, where he was treated and later released. Davila was arrested on complaints of Assault and Battery with a dangerous weapon or sharp weapon with intent to injure, and possession of drug paraphernalia.”
