Jackson County Commissioners will hold their regular meeting at 9 a.m. on Monday, Feb. 10, to consider approving a proclamation for Oklahoma Emergency Management week to be Feb. 23 March 1, as well as other items on the agenda.
Commissioners will consider Publication of Commissioners’ Proceedings for the month of January.
Commissioners will consider declaring items including a Red Max chain saw and Mac battery charger as “stolen in a burglary/breaking and entering” at District #1 barn on approximately November 6-7, 2013, and will consider a Resolution for Disposing of aforementioned equipment.
Commissioners will consider bids opened on February 3, for one or more new, articulated frame, all-wheel drive motor grader, 42,000 pound operating weight class, to be purchased through the County Road Machinery and Equipment Revolving Fund, Districts #1 and #3, and also consider bids for one wheeled hydraulic excavator to be purchased through the County Road Machinery and Equipment Revolving Fund, District #1.
Commissioners will also consider acceptance of Quit Claim Deed from Jackson County Public Finance Authority to The County Commissioners of Jackson County, Oklahoma on property located at 300 Todd Lane, Altus.
Commissioners will also consider appropriation(s) for the Jackson County Expo Center.
After possible new business and approval of claims, the meeting will adjourn.
