The Jackson County Memorial Hospital Authority Board of Trustees will hold their regular meeting Monday at 6:30 p.m.
Agenda items to review for consideration include a Performance Improvement Council report, and an update on outreach programs and physician recruitment. Also to be approved are fixed assets from funded depreciation, designated funds to funded depreciation, a 401(k) amendment,and a conflict of interest item.
The Board will then consider the appointment of Dr. Greg Pickett to the Health Care Corporation to replace Dr. Sheets, and an update will be heard from the CEO search committee.
Dr. M. George Zakhary, Chief of Staff, will give the medical staff report, CFO Davidson will give the financials, and CEO Wilson will give the management report.
