The Jackson County Memorial Hospital Authority will meet this coming Monday, Aug. 24. The meeting will start off with Matt Coppock taking his oath of office, followed by a report of the Performance Improvement Council, the Risk Management Plan, and an update on the Outreach programs.
Fixed assets from funded depreciation and designated funds to funded depreciation will then be approved.
The Hospital Authority will then consider adding a cyber-security insurance policy, and then address a conflict or interest and patient rights policy.
Under new business, a medical staff report will be given by Dr. Greg Pickett, Chief of Staff. This will include initial appointments and reappointments under the Credentials Committee. Initial appointments are Lonnie E. Perryman, MD – Family Medicine, Provisional Staff; and Brita M. Angelone, APRN-CNP – Family Medicine, Allied Health Staff. There is a reappointment on the agenda of Aman Garsa, MD – Hematology/Oncology, Courtesy Staff. Pediatric Privileges will be given to Alejandro Pacheco, MD.
CFO Davidson will then give the financials report, followed by President/CEO Hartgraves giving the management and physician admissions reports.
