Bids on property acquired for resale on Monday’s Commissioners meeting agenda

Jackson County Commissioners will meet in regular session on Monday, Aug. 3 starting at 9 a.m. in the Commissioners Office at the courthouse.

Agenda items include monthly and reconcilement reports from the Health Department and Assessor’s offices, officers reports, blanket purchase orders and supplemental appropriations for the month of July.

Commissioners will also consider action transfer of appropriations within the Jackson County Sales Tax Revolving Fund from Maintenance & Operations to Salaries in the amount of $200,000; Sheriff’s Department.

Commissioners are also planned to appoint Lindsey King, M.D. to the County Board of Health.

Bid offers for a Commissioners’ Sale by Jackson County Treasurer, Renee Howard on property acquired at resale: ID #0135-00-001-004-0-000-00, Lot 1, Block 4, CRESTVIEW ADD., Altus will be considered, as will bid offers for Commissioners’ Sale by Jackson County Treasurer, Renee Howard on property acquired at resale: ID #0140-00-002-003-0-000-00, Lot 2, Block 3, CRESTVIEW 2ND ADD., Altus.

Agreement No. 333025, Lease With Purchase Option For Road Machinery or Equipment between Jackson County Board of County Commissioners and the State of Oklahoma through the Oklahoma Department of Transportation on 2015 John Deere 160GLC Hydraulic Excavator in the amount of $182,567.42, District #3 will be considered, as will Agreement No. 332026, Lease With Purchase Option For Road Machinery or Equipment between Jackson County Board of County Commissioners and the State of Oklahoma through the Oklahoma Department of Transportation on 2015 John Deere 672G Motor Grader in the amount of $216,300.00, District #2, and a lease agreement with purchase option for road machinery or equipment between Jackson County Board of County Commissioners and the State of Oklahoma through the Oklahoma Department of Transportation on 2015 John Deere 672G Motor Grader in the amount of $216,300.00, District #1.

New business, if any, as well as possible action on claims, will then be addressed before adjourning.
