Kevin J. Nall, 19, of Altus appeared before Judge Brad Leverett for his first appearance Oct. 13.
Nall is charged with the first degree murder of Freddie Lopez, 32, of Altus, in the early morning hours of Sept. 1.
First apprehended in Holbrook, Arizona, by the U.S. Marshal Fugitive task force Sept. 13, Nall has been extradited to Oklahoma to appear in court on the charges held against him.
Nall will appear in court on Oct. 26 for a motion to revoke on charges of possession of a controlled dangerous substance, and again 2:15 p.m. Nov. 16 on a charge of first degree homicide.
Pedro Ramos-Guico also made an initial appearance before the judge on felony sex charge. His next court hearing is scheduled 1:45 p.m. Nov. 16.
Erika Marie Heiser, 20, of Altus, also made a first appearance. Heiser faces charges of assault and battery on a police officer, possession of a controlled dangerous substance, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and resisting an officer.
Trevin Wayne Bishop, 20, and Jared Cole Hill, 23, of Longmont, Colorado, appeared before the judge on charges of possession of controlled dangerous substances with intent distribute.
Bishop and Hill are slated to appear in court on Nov. 17.
Mary Louise Oshinski, 62, of Altus, made an initial appearance on charges of assault and battery. Oshinski pleaded guilty to the charges and will pay fines and court costs.
