Catholic Daughters support Pathways

The Catholic Daughters of the Americas or CDA is one of the oldest and largest organizations of Catholic women in America. They donate to charities, administer scholarship programs and strive “to be helping hands where there is pain, poverty, sorrow or sickness.” The CDA motto is “Unity and Charity.”

Life Services at Pathways or LSAP is a not-for-profit, non-denominational faith-based organization that is supported by donations. It provides free and confidential pregnancy testing and verification, ultrasound, consultation on all options, compassionate and non-judgmental care and ongoing pregnancy support. They serve Jackson, Greer, Kiowa, Harmon and Tillman counties.

Recently, the Catholic Daughters from the Prince of Peace Catholic Church in Altus hosted a baby shower to benefit the Pathways Pregnancy Center, to help with all types of baby items.

Pathways always accept donations of baby items such as diapers, lotion, bottles, high chairs, strollers, car seats, individually wrapped snacks, bottled water, juice and much more.

If you would like to support LSAP you may call Elizabeth Moon, director at 580-477-4400 or www.altuspregnancycenter.com or Facebook.com/altusLifeServices.
