Aviation Training Consulting wins B-52 contract

Aviation Training Consulting, LLC (ATC), Altus, has been awarded a $22,432,164 firm-fixed price and fixed price incentive-firm contract for operations, maintenance, and sustainment support of the B-52 training system. ATC will provide contractor logistics support, training system support center services, modifications and upgrades to the B-52 training system’s aircrew and maintenance training devices used to provide creditable training, maintain proficiencies, and increase skill levels.

Work will be performed at Barksdale Air Force Base, La.; Minot Air Force Base, North Dakota; and company facilities in Altus and Sterling, Va. Work will begin May 1 and is expected to be complete by Dec. 31, 2023. The Air Force Life Cycle Management (AFLCMC) Center, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, is the contracting activity, while the customers are Air Force Global Strike Command (AFGSC), and Air Education and Training Command (AETC).
