The dance, scheduled 9 p.m. to midnight, Thursday, Dec. 31 in the Western Oklahoma State College Multipurpose Room, Altus, is open to the public; admission is $20 per couple, $10 single. Suggested dress is coat and tie for men and evening dress or formal for ladies. Light refreshments and soft drinks will be served.
