The students of Altus High School have spent the past three months in preparation for this year’s All-School Production of Disney’s Beauty and the Beast.
Sets have been built, backdrops painted, dance steps choreographed and lines memorized.
The famous Disney story will come to life on stage on Nov. 23 and 24 with three performances each day.
On both Monday and Tuesday during the daytime, the cast will perform for the local schools.
Evening performances begin each night at 7 p.m. and are open to the public. Tickets are on sale now from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Eula B. Peterson Auditorium on the AHS campus. Balcony seats are $4 per ticket and floor level seats are $7 per ticket.
This year the cast of Beauty and Beast invited the public to be their guest for Breakfast with Belle on Saturday, Nov. 21 at
Applebee’s of Altus. A pancake breakfast was served while the characters from Beauty and Beast entertained diners with song and dance from the musical.
