Regular meetings of the Altus Municipal Authority and the Altus City Council will be held Tuesday evening at City Hall.
The AMA agenda includes financial reports for both the AMA and City for the month of October, and a progess report on the Rehabilitation of the Holloway and Round Timber Well Fields.
The City Council meeting will begin immediately following the AMA meeting.
A budget amendment to transfer the FY16 budget amounts from the General Fund Recreation (Dept 24) to the newly created Recreation Fund (Fund 10) for 1) a net increase of $38,500 to the Recreation Fund (Fund 10); and 2) a net decrease of ($38,500) to the General Fund (Fund 01).
Council will then acknowledge of receipt of ODEQ permits for Housing Additions; Laurel Homes Phase 15: ODEQ Water Permit #WL000033141088 and Hunter Pointe Phase 11: ODEQ Water Permit #WL000033150765 and ODEQ Sewer Permit #SL000033150766.
Council will consider approving ordinance updates, an item involving retirement benefits, resolutions, and to approve the design drawings for the Mesquite Meadows Addition.
An item approving a new website redesign and hosting will be considered, followed by a memorandums of understanding between the City and the Jackson County Health Department to authorize use of the Altus Community Center and the Altus City Gym during a public health emergency response.
Mayors appointments, comments and reports from the City Manager and Council will be heard before adjourning.
