Upgrading courthouse security system on agenda

Jackson County Commissioners will meet in regular session on Wednesday, Sept. 30 at 9 a.m. in the Commissioners office at the courthouse.

Agenda items include appointment of Dr. Richard Katseres to serve as a member of the Board of Trustees for the Jackson County Memorial Hospital Authority, term ending Dec. 31, 2016, to fill the unexpired term of Dr. Joe Leverett who resigned effective Sept. 1, 2015.

A Customer Agreement between Medivista Media, LLC, and Jackson County Health Department for equipment and technical support of Everwell Plus private TV network service through June 30, 2016 will be considered.

Possible action on a Smart Rental Agreement between Standley Systems LLC and Jackson County Health Department for copier/printer will also be considered.

Commissioners will consider and possible action on a proposal for upgrading courthouse security system through SecureTech Systems, Inc.

Open proposals with possible action on a Jackson County request for proposals for lease of real property at 300 Todd Lane will be considered.

Any new business and claims will be considered before adjournment.
