Defendants incarcerated the Jackson County Jail made first or initial appearances Thursday before Judge Brad Leverett.

Mary Margaret Callaway, 49 of Altus was charged with burglary in the first degree, assault and battery. A court date was scheduled for 1:15 p.m. June 30. Bond was set at $10,000.

William Callaway, 52 of Altus was charged with burglary in the first degree, assault and battery, and threatening to perform acts of violence. A court date was scheduled for 1:15 p.m. June 30. Bond was set at at $10,000.

Leon E. Anthony, 37 of Altus was charged with planning, attempting or conspiring to perform an act of violence and malicious injury to property. A court date was scheduled 1:15 p.m. June 30. Bond was set at $50,000.

Jose Barrientez, 48 of Altus was charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance and obstructing an officer. A court date was scheduled for 1:15 p.m. June 30. Bond was set at $50,000.

Noelia Stanislaus, 37 of Blair was charged with driving under the influence of drugs, driving without a driver’s license and failure to maintain security. A court date was scheduled for 1:30 p.m. June 5. Bond was set at $20,000.

Patrisha Hanna, 32 of Sentinel was charged with petit larceny and obstructing an officer. A court date was scheduled for 9 a.m. July 11. Bond was set at $15,000.

Dennis Matthew Palmer, 48 of Altus was charged with malicious injury to property under $1,000 and obstructing an officer. A court date was scheduled for 1:15 p.m. July 11. Bond was set at $10,000.

Santiago Moreno, 45 of Altus pleaded guilty to a charge of driving without a driver’s license. Moreno was given five days in jail with credit for five days served, $100 fine and court costs.

Servando Galvan, 39 of Hollis was charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and public intoxication in 2014. A court date was scheduled for 9:30 a.m. May 31. A cash bond was set at $630.

Arion Beavers, 22 of Altus was charged with operating a motor vehicle without a valid driver’s license in 2015. Beavers owes $360 in court costs or 15 days in jail at $25 credit per day.

Henry Earl Owens, 35 of Ponca City was charged with domestic assault and battery resulting in great bodily harm in 2010. Owens owes $905 in court costs or 37 days in jail with $25 credit per day.

John Paul Tamez, 24 of Altus was charged with petit larceny in 2015. Tamez owes $210 in court costs or nine days in jail with $25 credit per day.
