Now offers Duct Cleaning and Total System Cleaning including furnace, evaporator, coil and blower. When you have your duct work "cleaned" and you haven't cleaned your entire system what you'll get when you turn your system back on is all the dirt and debris that's left will now recontaminate your entire duct system. We also sanitize the system which kills germs, bacteria and viruses. When you add a UV light to your system it prevents mold and continues to keep your system free of harmful germs, bacteria, and dust mites. We can upgrade your filtration system making it possible to get rid of 90% of all allergens. The condensing unit needs to be cleaned every year because of dirt, fine dust and lint that accumulates on the condenser coils resulting in the loss of efficiency causing the system to be less efficient and one that doesn't work properly leading to higher pressure and premature compressor failure. The EPA is phasing out R22 refrigerant which is in older systems. R22 is expensive, when you can get it, because supplies are now limited. We offer an alternative refrigerant that's 30% more efficient and priced lower that the old R22. What that means to you is that you don't have to change your old system if you don't want to. We like to give our customers options because we feel what is best for our customers is best for us.
