Public school employee of the month named

Danna Robinson, President of Stockman’s Bank, presented Tommy Pride with a crisp one hundred dollar bill and the Altus Public Schools Employee of the Month award. Each month Stockman’s Bank recognizes an Altus schools employee for his or her hard work and dedication to the school system.

Pride has been with Altus Public Schools for two years. He serves as a member of the grounds and maintenance team and as coach for the Bulldog football team.

“Mr. Pride is a forward thinker, always looking for what needs to be done. He has a true pride for Altus Public Schools,” said Assistant Superintendent Roe Worbes.

Pride is himself an Altus High School graduate. He and his wife, Debbie, have five sons, Drew, Keegan, Austin, Garrett and Ashton. When he isn’t working, Tommy and Debbie stay busy watching their sons’ sporting events.
