Winners return from NAGA Jujitsu competition with medals

April 23, 2014

Earlier this month students of Wilcoxen’s Academy of Martial Arts returned from a NAGA (North American Grappling Association) Jujitsu Competition held on April 5, in Dallas, Texas.

“We had about seven people and brought home 8 medals,” said Head Coach Jason Greer. “These guys train six days a week… seven days a week sometimes. They constantly train.” Greer trains his students, most from Altus and some from the surrounding area, in a “no gee” style of jujitsu, training both locally and traveling to other studios in the mid-west.

“We train all over the place with some of the best in the world,” Greer added.
